The Superfred 3-4 bale grab has been developed for efficiently stacking and handling large square bales using a forklift. This grab is particularly useful in situations where the operator needs to load bales both horizontally and vertically, such as during truck loading or storage. As a result, it is a reliable solution for various handling scenarios. Meijer Holland connects the Superfred directly to the forklift’s hydraulic system. Thanks to this setup, the grab offers an ideal combination of capacity, grip, and control.
Suitable for
The Superfred 3-4 is ideal for operations where multiple large bales need to be handled in a single cycle. It handles three stacked bales of 90 cm or four bales of 70 cm in height, provided that the operator does not tilt the grab forward. If required, Meijer Holland can supply custom versions for other bale sizes.
Because of its smart design, the grab moves bales safely in both vertical and horizontal directions. Therefore, it performs well during truck loading, on-farm stacking, and in storage optimization.

The Superfred 3-4 comes with reinforced claws and a robust frame that withstands intensive daily use. The standard version includes:
- Twelve specially shaped claws that rotate deep into the bale, generating maximum clamping force
- Three conical sleeves for mounting front loader tines
- Direct connection to the forklift’s hydraulic system
As a result, each bale is pulled tightly against the main frame. This ensures consistent stability and grip—even when bales are compressed or irregular.
